Our spine care programme is for time pressed people, hungry to move their bodies from static sedentary postures and relieve back tensions and aches.
Your core and butt muscles are located in your lower back and abdomen. They need to be strong and supple in order to support your spine and take pressure off your lower back.
This programme will give you the foundations of spinal movement, looking at all aspects of the spine from strength training, decompression and flexibility to postural alignment.
All classes are a combination of Pilates, yoga, somatics, Garuda and feldenkrais.
